Nearly 1,000 Commits Later: The Biggest Strivie Update Yet

Our last post was April 19th. It's June 12th. That's almost two months of silence from a company that usually can't stop talking.

Here's the thing about silence: it usually means one of two things. Either nothing is happening, or everything is happening at once.

Since that last post, nearly 1,000 commits have landed on the Strivie platform. Here are the big ones.

Every ELD. Every GPS. One Map.

This is the one we're most excited about. Strivie now connects to eleven tracking providers — Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Verizon Connect, Omnitracs, Webfleet, Azuga, and more — and pulls them all into one unified live map.

Live position. Speed. Fuel level. Hours of service. Safety events. It doesn't matter whose box is in the truck — the data lands in the same dashboard, next to the same loads, feeding the same payroll and P&L.

Running mixed hardware because you grew through acquisitions or just bought whatever was on sale in 2023? Doesn't matter anymore. Strivie speaks all of them.

One Login to Rule Them All: Strivie ID

Strivie is no longer one product — it's a platform, a driver app, a load-board extension, and a vetting tool. So we built Strivie ID: one secure account that signs you into all of it.

Invite a teammate and they get proper access — no shared passwords on sticky notes. Someone leaves the company? Revoke their session from one screen and they're out of everything, instantly. Drivers sign into the app the same way, with their identity verified centrally.

Boring? Maybe. But it's the boring stuff that keeps your operation safe, and most TMS platforms still treat logins like it's 2009.

Multi-Branch: The Enterprise Promise, Delivered

Back in April we wrote "They Say Strivie Is for Mid Carriers. We Say: Hold Our Coffee." Consider the coffee held.

Multi-branch operations are now built into the platform: run multiple terminals or locations as one company, with per-branch dashboards, branch-scoped views for managers, and bulk reassignment when trucks move between yards. HQ sees everything. Each branch sees what's theirs. Nobody drowns in another terminal's noise.

It's rolling out to enterprise fleets now. If you're running multiple locations on spreadsheets and vibes — let's talk.

Hiring, From First Click to First Load

Recruiting got a complete overhaul. Bulk-import your lead lists. Send an employment application the driver fills out and signs on their phone. Pull pre-employment screening records automatically. Let the AI read their CDL and med card and flag anything that doesn't match.

And the big one: Strivie now runs a built-in FMCSA random drug & alcohol testing pool. Monthly selections, notifications, results — flowing straight into the driver's compliance file. No third-party consortium portal. No binder. No "I thought safety had that."

Money Got Smarter Too

Payroll now handles per-driver pay schedules — weekly, bi-weekly, custom hold days, ACH dates. Dispatcher pay can be calculated on percent-of-gross, percent-of-margin, or both. Fuel card and toll transactions settle into deductions automatically, so the numbers on the paystub are the numbers from the pump — no manual entry, no Friday-afternoon spreadsheet reconciliation.

Factoring? Pick direct or factored per invoice batch and Strivie delivers the files to your factoring company automatically. Every paystub drills down to the individual transactions behind it, so when a driver asks "what's this deduction?" the answer is one click, not one hour.

Tracking Links Your Brokers Will Love

Every load can now generate a shareable live-tracking link. Send it to the broker or the receiver, they watch the truck move in real time — and the link automatically expires when the load delivers. No more "any update?" calls. No more screenshots of the map.

Detention tracking landed too, with per-broker free-time rules. When the clock starts costing money, Strivie knows — and so does your invoice.

One Inbox. Finally.

Email, Google Chat, text messages, driver chat, and office DMs — all in one Communications hub. A dispatcher shouldn't need five tabs to answer one question, and now they don't. Replies stay in their original threads, unread counts actually mean something, and the whole company's conversation history lives in one searchable place.

And a Fresh Coat of Paint

You may have noticed the screenshots on this site look different today. That's because the entire platform got a design overhaul — cleaner navigation, sharper data displays, proper dark mode, and a look that finally matches how the platform performs.

Same Strivie underneath. Just faster to read, easier to navigate, and a lot easier on the eyes at 11 PM when dispatch is still going.

What's Next

Almost 1,000 commits in under two months, and the roadmap is still embarrassingly long — in the best way. More integrations, deeper automation, and a few things we're not ready to talk about yet.

We'll try not to go quiet for two months this time. No promises — we might be busy shipping.
