So we spent this stretch building around one idea — a stolen login should get you nothing. Here's what actually shipped.

A Login From a Place We Don't Know Gets Held

A correct password is no longer enough on its own. When someone signs in from a location the account has never used, the login doesn't go through — it's held, and a manager gets asked to approve it, with who and where, right then. One look and they approve it or they don't.

Your dispatcher on a new laptop is a five-second approval. A stranger who bought the password never gets past the wall. Turn it on in log-only mode first to watch your own traffic, then flip it to enforce when you're ready.

Your Email Has Nothing to Phish
